Insurance/Injuries:
All travellers must be covered sufficiently by a travel insurance. A
travel insurance should cover expenses caused by illness, accidents,

It is advised that people travelling to foreign countries do not walk
around unaccompanied in unknown areas, especially after dark, without
consulting Brandstrup Travels Inc - Welcome2Africa first.
Airlines responsibilities:
The participating airlines are not responsible for any occurrences at
times when the traveller is not onboard the particular airlines
flight. For liability in case of lost or damaged luggage the client
is referred to particular airlines own regulations.
The
clients duties:
It is the passengers responsibility before departure to check
that first- and surnames in airline tickets, passports and other travel
documents are correct and tally. If any mistakes are noticed it is the
clients responsibility to contact the travel agency as soon as
possible so that the mistake can be rectified.

applicable to Danish citizens who are travelling for tourism reasons.
If the traveller is not a Danish citizen or if he or she is travelling
for business, study or other work related reasons it is advisable for
the traveller to contact the embassies/consulates regarding the entry
regulations of the particular country/countries. Travellers of foreign
citizenship should inform the travel agency of this at the time of booking.
If this is not done the travel agency cannot be held responsible for
the consequences caused by non complying or insufficient travel documents.

Passengers who are not at the departure point at the given time or who
cannot participate in the tour due to invalid or missing passport/visas
will not receive any compensation of any kind.
Transfer
of the arrangement:
In theory individual travels can be transferred to another person, but
if a flight is fully booked airlines will not accept name changes of
any kind, which in practice means that a person will step in front of
other people in line. Besides parts of the travel arrangement may be
based on special tickets which cannot be changed after reservation meaning
that any changes will result in having to buy a new ticket. We therefore
refer to the normal rules regarding cancellation.
The tour operators responsibility:
Brandstrup Travels Inc Welcome2Africa is acting as an agent for
the particular airlines, touring companies, hotels and other companies
used in connection with the arrangement. Brandstrup Travels Welcome2Africas
responsibility for flaws as well as personal and material damages is
limited to the compensation our suppliers has limited their responsibility
to in accordance with current international conventions regarding air,
maritime and rail transport.
The compensation amounts in these international conventions are usually
very low. In case of personal damage during air transport they are usually
not more than Danish Kroners 100.000,- Compensation for lost or damaged
luggage is usually also very low. Brandstrup Travels Inc Welcome2Africa
therefore recommends that you take out a travel insurance. Tour operator
cannot be held responsible for any promises or deals that have been
made between the travel agency and the client without the tour operators
knowing. The tour operator cannot be held responsible for any changes,
delays etc. caused by breach of contracts, strikes, weather or any other
conditions that the tour operator does not have influence over.
Changes/cancellations:
The tour operator reserves the right to make any necessary changes caused
by lack of participation or other reasons. If the client hereafter decides
not to participate in the travels, the amount that has been paid to
the tour operator will be refunded to the client. No further claims
can be made. The tour operator can with 14 days notice cancel a planned
journey. The amount paid to the tour operator will hereafter be refunded
to the client. No further claims can be made here either. On some of
our more adventure-like tours we operate with fairly late changes in
order to create the best possible tour taking weather as well as other
local conditions into considerationl.

terms and conditions for package tours. All of our local agents in Southern
Africa are members of the respective countries travel associations and
