WELCOME 2 AFRICA-FREE & EASY!

With the Free & Easy vouchers, you can select from a range of 300 quality stopovers around South Africa including four distinct categories namely; hotels and resorts; guest houses; game lodges; South African National Parks. Most of the accommodation includes en-suite facilities and breakfast with the exception of the National Parks. Although the properties vary in style and ambience, they are all committed to the traditions of a warm South African welcome and personalised service.

During the planning stage, you decide on how many nights you will require and purchase the required amount of vouchers - bearing in mind that one voucher is equal to one nights accommodation for one person in a single room or 2 people in a double room. 3rd and 4th person sharing is payable directly to the establishment. The original vouchers, free cell phone and the comprehensive Free & Easy documentation (containing descriptions and contact details for each partner), will be delivered on arrival at either Cape Town or Johannesburg International Airports. As an added service, Welcome2Africa can pre book the first nights accommodation at point of entry (Johannesburg or Cape Town) at the time of booking, allowing clients to relax from their long flight without having to secure the first nights accommodation from a busy airport (this is not applicable to game lodges or National Parks).

Game Lodges:

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Hotels, resorts and guest houses:
- 1 standard voucher = 1 night for 1 room.
- Booking time prior to arrival: minimum 24 hours/maximum 3 days
(72 hours) prior to arrival.
- Accommodation is on a bed only basis.

South African National Parks:
- 1 standard voucher = 1 night for 1 room.
- Booking time prior to arrival: minimum 24 hours/maximum 3 days
(72 hours) prior to arrival.
- Accommodation is on a bed only basis.

Game lodges:
- 1 game lodge voucher = 1 night for room.
- Booking time prior to arrival: minimum 24 hours/maximum 3 days
(72 hours) prior to arrival.
- Accommodation is on a full board basis incl. 2 game activities daily.

Length of stay - Flexibility is the name of the game
Depending on availability you may choose the duration at each property.

PAYMENT:
Credit card details will be requested by the participating properties as a room guarantee. On arrival at selected accommodation, a Free & Easy voucher per room must be handed over. All extras including single supplements, extra beds, additional meals, drinks, gratuities and items of a personal nature must be settled directly with the establishment on departure. Amendment and cancellations. If the pre-booked first night's stay is amended after confirmation, an administration fee of R625 will be levied. 100% cancellation fees apply for no-shows. In the unlikely event of all vouchers not being used, unused vouchers are fully refundable at point of sale against an administrative fee. Lost vouchers are not refundable.
NOTE: 1% Tourism Levy is payable directly to the establishment!

TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN:
At the time of booking, ask for the updated information on the policy regarding children, as this may vary. The general rule however, is that if one adult travels with one child you will use one voucher for the child and one voucher for the adult. The availability of triple and family rooms is limited and must be confirmed with each individual establishment and surcharges where applicable are payable directly.
