Namibia - a land of open spaces and great beauty. From the mouNtain-like dunes of the Namib Desert to the lucious greenery of the Caprivi Strip, Namibia truly has a charm and beauty of its own.

Our two selfdrive tours are especially designed to take in Namibias many highlights and can be used in conjunction or as an add on to a tour of some of the other countries in the region.

The main ports of entry are Windhoek and Walvis Bay. Towns and lodges are linked internally by scheduled or charter flights. Namibia has a good system of major highways and an extensive network of well graded, smaller gravel roads. The country is well geared for self drive tours and many popular 4x4 trails are utilized by visitors from neighbouring South Africa and Botswana or overseas visitors who hire fully equipped vehicles. The distances involved however limit this type of touring to those with more time.
